License Requirements
An annual site license is required for use of the Mind Kind Way learning software in schools and all other educational units.
A unique license number is issued with the purchase of the Mind Kind Way to all educational establishments. Software can be used as the single user version or streamed across an intranet.
The license is based on the number of learners registered at the Unit and allows for unlimited copying of the CD and resources for use by any teacher or student of the Unit both in the educational establishment and at home. Easier work preparation and homework!
There is a minimum annual licence of £500 per establishment. This covers Units for up to 600 students. Above 600 students, establishments are charged 85p per student per annum (prices as from January 06)
All establishments will be invited to renew their annual license. There is no contractual requirement with Mind Kind Education
